I'm so glad you found your way to my website! My name is Kelli Olsen, and I am a birth doula serving Rexburg, Idaho and the surrounding areas. I have always had a passion for supporting and empowering women and families, and I feel privileged to be able to offer my services to those who are welcoming a new life into the world. I am happily married to my wonderful husband since 2022 and together we have enjoyed building our life together. Although I don't have children of my own yet, I have been blessed to witness the joy and beauty of birth firsthand. I'm so excited to be on this journey with you to help ensure that your birth and postpartum experience is as positive and empowering as possible.

The Birth Package:
My Birth Package includes comprehensive support to ensure a positive and empowering birth experience. You'll receive two prenatal visits where we'll get to know each other and discuss your birth preferences. I'll be with you throughout your labor and birth, providing guidance and emotional support every step of the way. Afterward, I'll visit you for one postpartum visit to offer additional assistance and answer any questions you may have. You can contact me anytime during your pregnancy via text and phone calls, and I'll be on call for you 24/7 starting two weeks before your due date.

At our prenatal visits, we will discuss comfort measures, address any concerns you may have, and go over your birth plan to ensure that your preferences are clearly understood and can be followed during your birth experience.
During labor and delivery, I will be there to provide physical and emotional support, as well as advocacy and guidance. I use a variety of tools and techniques including position changes, massage and counter-pressure, breathing techniques, visualization, and affirmations to promote maximum comfort.
During the postpartum visit, we will discuss your physical and emotional recovery, breastfeeding support, newborn care, and any questions or concerns you may have. I am here to provide ongoing support and resources as you navigate this new chapter in your life.
